1. I acknowledge the traditional owners the First Black peoples of the land on which we all share. | pay my full respect to their Culture and to their elders both past and present.

2. The above mentioned Subject refers to my previous letter “REF:KM/TIV/12/2025”, addressed to the esteemed leaders and African. Heads of States. The essence of this communication is primarily based on my humble request in my capacity as a voice for Justice and the author of the vital work; THE INDEPENDENT VOICE BOOK; Common sense, Justice, Unity, Reform and Reconciliation. I am writing to formally request for a Special urgent Proposal for a Curriculum of truth for African Schools, Colleges, Universities and Government Institutions across your great nations. This book is a pillar of education and truth for the African, Black peoples in the diaspora and the World at large.

3. I am formally proposing that, this work be adopted as a primary resource for students of Law, History, Political Science and Social reform. This book is not merely a publication, it is a roadmap for reconciliation and a shield against the ‘Clever racism’ with a fake smile
that persists in the global systems of today. I recommend the following focus areas for your institutions.

4. Chapter on Justice and reform: To be used in Law and Political Science faculties to study the mechanisms of true reconciliation and reform. The History of the First Black Indigenous Peoples of Australia and the World at large. Essential for History Departments to understand the global struggle and the specific plight of the First Black Indigenous Peoples of Australia. The chained “Black Indigenous” in Fremantle Prison Case Study: A vital lesson in Human Rights and the resilience of the human spirit under oppression.

5. The blue print for Unity: A guide for Students of Sociology on how to build Common Sense Solutions for national Unity. Sponsorship Objective: We seek governments and institutional sponsorship to provide physical copies of “THE INDEPENDENT VOICE BOOK” to every library and Classroom. By bypassing the restrictive and jealous barriers placed by Western based platforms, your nations will lead the World in Supporting an Independent Voice that refuses to be silenced.

6. I shall be very grateful if my humble request is to be considered as a
matter of Urgency.

I look forward to hearing from your urgent positive response.

3. Currently my mission is being met with unreasonable Technical bullying and jealousy. Despite having a verified Bank account with no issues in the International transaction, the United States of America based platforms are frustrating the purchase and the distribution of my work without legitimate cause. I view this as a form of “Clever Racism” with a fake smile and a calculated attempt to silence an Independent Voice.

4. I am turning to the heart of Africa to find a market that values truth over jealousy. | invite your governments to partner with me in bypassing these barriers to ensure that the history and wisdom within this book reach the next generation of African leaders.

5. I shall be very grateful if my humble request is to be considered as a matter of Urgency.

I look forward to hearing from your urgent positive response.
