1.Further to my formal complaint dated 5 January 2026, I am providing a prioritized list
of Five specific vehicles directly involved in the ongoing unauthorized surveillance (“zooming”)
and theft of my personal data and Sensitive information.

​2.While I understand the police have previously cited a lack of resources to investigate large
volumes of vehicle data, I request that you immediately synchronize and investigate these
Five primary targets as a matter of urgency:

7.Criminal Suspect Driver of REG.1 HYH.203 (TOYOTA -YARIS RED) – Observed in Western
Australia. At Address: 28 Mundford Street, North Beach WA 6020.

8.These vehicles are linked to the repeated offenders who have trespassed, stole my security
equipment, Poured blood at my house, and breached my privacy. Have been televising me,
zooming into my house, hacking my Security Cameras and infringing upon my private life
with impunity. The Public, Police and Some Government Officials are well aware of their
illegal activities. I demand that the owners of these registrations be identified and their
involvement in this criminal gang be investigated immediately. I demand that all their
Personal details and Occupations should be provided to me immediately.

9.I also demand for Disclosure of Unauthorized Broadcast Evidence. The undersigned, hereby
issue this formal Demand for the immediate preservation and disclosure of all copies of televi-
sed footages, audio recordings, and surveillance data involving my person, captured and broad
cast by some Criminal Suspects at Address: 32A Mundford Street, North Beach WA 6020,
without my consent and who are well known by the Public and some Government Officials.

10.LEGAL BASIS: These recordings constitute evidence of a criminal breach of Privacy and
Surveillance Laws under the Principles of the Freedom of Information Act & Criminal Disc-
overy. I demand that all government Institutions compel these Criminal Suspects to provide
every copy of the mentioned broadcasts to me with immediate effect.

11.Please note that, there is a long list of Suspected Drivers Vehicles which are all filed to the
Police, Federal Attorney General’s Office, Attorney General of Western Australia and other
relevant Offices which needs urgent attention. Nevertheless, my humble request for immediate
action is primarily based on the Drivers as per the Registrations listed above. These Criminal
activities have been going on for years and all sides of governments have never intervened to
prosecute repeated offenders who are well known to the Public. All levels of governments have
deliberately ignored my serious complaints to a certain extent of allowing these Suspected
Criminals trespassing and pouring blood at my house, violating my privacy, peace and attacking
me by stealing my Security Light Bulbs and Security Camera with impunity on your watch.

12.By way of background, On Sunday 2 September, 2023,I was compelled by the Circumstances
to write a Formal humble request to The Hon. Michelle Rowlands MP in her Capacity as Minister
for Communication, who is currently the Attorney –General of Australia. All Directors and Editors
of Television Channels in Australia, Minister for Police in Western Australia, Some Members of
Parliament and other International Officials were part of an addressee. The Subject was “KIDIMA
MUBARAK SEEK URGENT VIDEO COPY OF A BROADCASTED STORY ABOUT ME”.

13.On Paragraph (2) I made a plea and, I quote: If it’s true that you put on air a story in August,
2023 or before that, about me without my consent, therefore, I kindly request that your office
should confirm and send me a Video Copy of the Story via WhatsApp Number 0467586821.

14.On Paragraph (3) was a Plea to the Minister and, I quote: I pray that if the Office of the Minister’s and Members of Parliament mentioned in this Communication are aware of the information I am seeking, then should Compel those concerned to comply and provide me
with a Video Copy as a matter of urgency. “End of quotes”.

15.Unfortunately the Minister Concerned for Communication at that time The Hon. Mochelle
Rowlands did not comply with my humble request nor respond to my serious concerns until
this day. She acted in a manner suspected to be bias with a bad Culture of Cover-up in favour
of repeated offenders. Despite acknowledge receipt of my letter of concern. Hon. Mochelle
Rowland is the current Attorney-General of Australia and she has never intervened to stop
illegal activities against my will. I pray that the public should hold her accountable for negligence, bias, Cover-up, and a grave breach of the duty of care.

16.WARNING: Any failure to act or any destruction of this evidence will be treated as a
“spoliation of evidence” and an obstruction of Justice. I expect a confirmation of evidence
securement with immediate effect.

17.I am an injured person who deserves to live in my house peacefully. I look forward to
your positive response confirming that these specific plates have been process and their
Technological devices have been synchronized. Above all the information sought should
be provided without bias and Cover-up for the Justice of my cause and in the best interest

Dear Honourable Ministers and Police Officers,

1. I am writing this formal response while acknowledging receipt of your update dated Sunday
4/01/2026, from Cyber Crime Squard, Report Number (CIRS-2026013-112) Western Australia
Police Force. Nevertheless, I am officially lodging a complaint regarding the unacceptable
delays in this investigation and the apparent lack of urgent action taken against the repeated
offenders involved. I am dissatisfied with the outcome and here is the reason why:-

FAILURE TO MITIGATE REPEATED OFFENDING:

Despite my previous reports and evidence provided, the offenders continue their activities
without your intervention. This lack of urgent action has allowed a pattern of repeated
offences to persist, further compromising my security and well-being under the privacy Act
1988 and relevant Australian statutes, there is an expectation of protection when clear
evidence of unauthorized access and harassment is presented.

2. Ben of address 28 Mundford Street, North Beach WA 6020, illegally accessed my Synergy
Account several times against my will, stealing my personal details despite the fact that, all
Members of that house were formally served twice with a serious warning that must stay
away from my life, and from engaging in Criminal activities violating my privacy and peace
as per the letters of evidence attached. I had to intervene by calling Synergy and asked
Amanda to stop Ben from violating my privacy as explained in my Report to Cybercrime
Squard.

3. Ben and his group have been zooming into my house stealing sensitive information including my date of birth, Bank account Number, Tax Number, ABN, Amazon File Numbers and recording to a certain extent of wiring me and my house to a foreign Country. I suspect those individuals to be Foreign Agents and request that, their illegal activities should be investigated. I believe that, it’s the duty of Police to investigate such allegation and leave no stones unturned to fruition.

4. Based on the information filed under your Jurisdictions, you will agree with me that, I have
been complaining against these individuals about zooming into my house and infringing upon
my private life for years now without taking urgent action against these repeated offenders
Criminal suspects. I have been begging you for years now that you should synchronize
technological devices of Suspected Criminals but all in vain. Which I personally consider as
Negligence and a grave breach of the duty of care.

5. Please be reminded that, it is the duty of Police to defend and protect the Community from
any danger. It is also the duty of the Police to investigate any allegations and detect any
suspicious and evidence to ease pursue the matter to the Court in the best interest of the
Community. It has never been the duty of a Complainants to investigate their own complaints.
The responsibility lies within the Police Force to investigate and provide evidence to the Court.
My humble submission to you is that, the Police should stop acting like the Courts. You must
use Technological Tools available to investigate and detect Suspected Criminals and ensure
that the Community is safe.

6. UNREASONABLE INVESTIGATIVE DELAY:

7. The timeline of this investigation has extended beyond a reasonable period. Every day that
passes without a decisive police response provides these repeat offenders with the opportunity
to further breach my personal data and financial security. I am concerned that the current delay constitutes  a failure in the duty of care owed to a victim of ongoing digital and personal interference.

8. I don’t see any reason whatsoever why you cannot investigate and detect Criminal Suspects at Address: 28 Mundford Street, North Beach WA 6020, Address: 32A Mundford Street, North Beach WA 6020 and others as Previously reported who have been zooming into my house, infringing upon my private life, stealing sensitive information, hacking my Security Cameras, stealing all my passwords, Date of birth, Bank details and attempting to steal from my account and Tax file transaction. I don’t see any reason why you cannot take urgent action against Ben for trespassing, pouring blood at my house, and deliberately stealing my personal details without my consent as per the Video Evidence attached for your perusal.

9. I don’t see any reason why you cannot investigate Criminal Suspects at Address:32A Mundford, Street, North Beach WA 6020,who have been hell-bent in zooming into my house, Televising me without my Consent and working very hard to ensure that I am exiled. I don’t see any reason why you cannot investigate and prosecute David a Suspected Criminal Gang, Member of Illuminati with two snakes on his vehicle, who trespassed and stole my Security Camera in broad day light who is hell-bent planning for my kidnapping and having a suspected Rifle and strange tools according to the videos and photos attached for your perusal and urgent action. Bear in mind that the Public is well aware that these Individuals have been zooming into my house, violating my peace, causing anguish, emotional distress, harm, and suffering -this constitutes a breach of quiet enjoyment and a violation of my privacy, rights and peace. Please note that, they have been Twitting and Televising me with impunity. I suspect that, you may also be aware of what I have just stated. If anything happens to me due to your negligence, rest assured that the Public will hold you accountable.

10. Please be reminded that, I am an injured sick person, I cannot attend to any Police Station and suggest that, where necessary, the Police should paraphrase my Statements and send them via email for my signature. I will be more than happy signing any statement in regards to my Serious Complaints, another factor is that, based on the current circumstances, and a high level of Police bias, Cover-up and Conflict of interest, I don’t trust visiting any Police Station or Branch until all Suspects are being arrested and prosecuted. I pray that your Offices should
work together to detect all suspected Criminal and prosecute them once and for all in the
best interest of the Community and for the Justice of my cause. I deserve to live in my house peacefully.

I require an urgent update on what specific steps are being taken to restrain the identified repeat offenders’ have meticulously documented every instance of continued offending following my initial report. Some evidence is ready for inspection and demonstrates the critical need for immediate law enforcement intervention as per the videos and photos attached.

stop trespassing at my house, zooming into my private area and infringing upon my
private life. I warned them that, they are not above the law.

18. REFUSAL TO COMPLY: Unfortunately, they have never stopped, deliberately refused to
comply, They are known to the governments and its institutions who, until this day, have
deliberately refused to act against repeated offenders despite knowing that, what they are
doing is an illegal act.

19. ACTS OF VANDELISM: To make the matter worse, on Friday 10 th October, 2025, some of
these Criminal Suspects poured blood at my house. This is well known to the authorities and
all my neighbours, but until this day, no action has ever been taken against the offenders.

20. EXCLUSION AND DANGER: This individual is a Criminal Suspect, a Member of Illuminati, a
trained assassin, and has been used as a Political football and human shield. Our decision to
disown him from our family is final. He is no longer welcome and cannot use my names in any
form. He must not be near me nor attend family gatherings. He is a stranger who can never
claim anything from me or my family. He is very dangerous to my life and must stay away from
my life because our decisions are binding and nobody will ever change that. He is prohibited
from attending my grave.

and taken my gentleness as a man of integrity and peace for granted. Please stay away
from my life. “Enough is enough”. Ignoring your inappropriate behavior doesn’t mean
that I am a coward or stupid. We share nothing in common, neither Culture nor
relationship. You have no moral or legal rights to hack into my private life. I have
lived in this house for almost Twenty years without any issues until some of you came
into our lives from South Africa and started causing trouble. I deserve to live in my
house peacefully.

5. I have heard you several times and some neighbours of the addresses as mentioned
before, threatening my life, planning my kidnapping, zoomimg, and infringing into my
private life, and everywhere with impunity, as an act of harassment, Torture causing
anguish, discomfort, emotional distress, harm and suffering, a breach of quiet enjoyment
and violation of my privacy, right and peace in direct contravention of Article 12 of
Universal Declaration of Human rights and Article 17(1)(2) of International Covenant
on Civil and Political Rights.

6. In addition, your illegal activities is considered as Serious “Disruptive Behaviours”
pursuant to Residential Tenancies Act 1987.All of the above is well documented to the
Police, relevant offices and Ministries. Despite repeated complaints, until this day no
action has ever been taken against your illegal activities. Therefore, you cannot continue
zooming into my house, watching my private area with impunity, I am not your child.
Shame on you”.

7. On 22 August,2025,at 22:26:53 pm,one individual from Address 28 Mundford Street,
North Beach WA 6020,was detected trespassing at my house, knowing very well that
they are not supposed to be here.The Law states that, a person who without Lawful
excuse, trespasses on a place is guilty of an Offence and is liable to imprisonment for
12 months and a fine of $12,000 pursuant to Criminal Law Amendment (Simple
Offences) Act 2004(No.70 of 2004) SECT 70A(2).

8. You have no right to trespass at my house, neither zooming into my house nor hack
my Cameras, and your illegal activities will never be tolerated any longer. Bear in mind
that, this serious warning does not deter the Police and Government Offices from taking
urgent action against your illegal activities as previously lodged my serious Complaints
seeking for urgent action.

9. Unfortunately, I have been let down by the same Offices designed to help me deal with
your illegal activities. There is no doubt in my mind that I am the victim of a negative
Culture of bias, negligence, discrimination and Cover-up in favour of your repeated
Criminal activities. This clearly illustrates that the relevant authorities and Government
Officials are in direct Contravention of Article 2(1)(a)(b) of International Convention on
the Elimination of all forms of Racial Discrimination.

10. Furthermore, this violates the duty of care, honour and the protection of my rights to
the Inviolability of the house and secrecy of Communication against your illegal activities.
Rest assured that, you will never be protected forever. “Time will tell”. No matter how long it
takes, due to the Government’s negative Culture of Clever Racism, bias and Cover-up, Justice
will prevail because I will not give up easily fighting for the Justice will be served for my cause.
You will never escape the Punishment for your Crimes.

11. You may use your relatives and friends in Government positions to Cover-up your illegal
activities. Nevertheless, remember that, abuse of office is Corruption. One day those
responsible for Covering up of your illegal activities will be held accountable in accordance
with Section 142.2 of the Criminal Code Act 1995.Section 8,9 and 10 of National Anti-Corruption
Commission Act 2022.As amended and in force on 1 Febuary,2025 (the Compilation date).
This includes (Abuse of Office and breach of public trust).

12. I demand that you stop trespassing at my house, stop zooming into my private area, and
stop infringing upon my private life. You are not above the Law.

13. I pray that urgent action must be taken against your illegal activities for  the Justice of my
cause. I deserve the right to live in my house peacefully.

14. I would be very grateful if my humble request and all of the above were considered as a
matter of Priority for the sake of Justice for my cause and in the best interest of protecting the
integrity and reputation of our great nation of “Australia”, Human Rights Values and Justice
for all.
